The Science on the Swan  Organising Committee is proud to announce that we will be co-badging a speed-networking session with the Australian Society for Medical Research (ASMR) during ASMR Medical Research Week®. This professional development opportunity aims to increase connectivity within Western Australia’s scientific community and facilitate the transfer of scientific knowledge from experts to the next-generation of scientists.

This one-of-a-kind experience will cater for researchers from all career stages – from emerging scientists to group leaders from all medical research institutes, universities and hospitals. The networking event will have a structured flow, where attendees will be paired in a series of one-on-one interactions throughout the session with other researchers from various career stages and backgrounds. For emerging scientists, this will be a comfortable and easy setting, providing an opportunity to speak with experienced researchers. For research leaders, this is  a chance to  nurture and grow the sector providing valuable tips and insight to the next-generation scientists.

We strongly encourage you to take part in this exciting event as a means of expanding your networks and benefiting from the advice and experience of others regardless of career stage.

Come along and enjoy a unique opportunity to be inspired and informed.
